{"id":5576,"date":"2023-07-27T09:49:36","date_gmt":"2023-07-27T07:49:36","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ecologicon.com\/?p=5576"},"modified":"2023-07-28T10:20:11","modified_gmt":"2023-07-28T08:20:11","slug":"waste-shipment-regulation-annex-vii-information","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ecologicon.com\/en\/blog\/2023\/07\/27\/waste-shipment-regulation-annex-vii-information\/","title":{"rendered":"Waste Shipment Regulation: Annex VII (Information Accompanying Shipments of Waste)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>A simplified form of transboundary movement of waste applies to &#8216;green-listed&#8217; waste, which can be shipped across borders without any further time-consuming permits.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>According to the <a href=\"https:\/\/eur-lex.europa.eu\/legal-content\/EN\/TXT\/PDF\/?uri=CELEX:32006R1013&amp;qid=1689061738359\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Regulation (EC) No 1013\/2006<\/a> of the European Parliament and of the Council of 14 June 2006 on shipments of waste, the following types of waste may be shipped without a notification procedure.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>green listed recoverable waste (Annexes III, IIIA and IIIB) (&gt;20 kg)<\/li>\n<li>waste destined for laboratory analysis (&lt;25 kg)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>All that is required for this shipment is a <strong>form with consignment information and a contract between the originator and the consignee<\/strong> (in accordance with Art. 18 para. 2 VVA).
