(Co-) Managing Director (m/f/d)

In a fast-growing consulting company in the environment of international circular economy, sustainability and environmental consulting.

As co-managing director, you are responsible for and coordinate the project and consulting activities in the operative day-to-day business, both in terms of content and commercially, and initiate the next national and international growth steps through your sales successes.

The onboarding phase takes place at the Würzburg site, then remotely with regular presence at the Würzburg site and at customers / partners in Germany and abroad.

Ideal profile

Sales strength, closing confidence and networking are your hallmarks
Experience in management consulting as well as international project work
Basic technical understanding of and personal identification with the company’s subject area
You have excellent project and management skills and appropriate methodological competence
Business fluent in written and spoken German and English
A high level of commitment and a flexible approach to work, willingness to travel on business at home and abroad
Confident appearance, organizational strength as well as a conceptual and strategic mindset and the ability to articulate this

ECOLOGICON GmbH advises national and international clients and contacts from the private sector (corporate clients) and the public-legal sector on issues of circular economy, waste management, sustainability and product marketability.

In addition, we are involved in publicly funded research and development projects to develop sustainable, circular approaches, as well as in development cooperation in international consortia to develop solutions for low- and middle-income countries in the circular economy. Our main focus is on the areas of electrical (old) appliances, batteries and textiles, which are becoming increasingly relevant.
